To respect confidentiality at all times. Clients’ sensitive information is shared within WE Int’l only on a need-to-know basis, and is never shared outside the workplace or to a third-party without client permission.

To avoid conflicts of interest, and disclose any if they arise. We avoid working on projects for competing organizations simultaneously, and avoid working for clients with whom we share a non-professional relationship. If conflicts of interest do arise, all relevant parties are promptly informed.

To prioritize public safety, health, and welfare. We do not accept or complete assignments that would jeopardize the safety, health, and welfare of the public. Projects will be completed through the lens of sustainable development and improving the well-being of the public.

To obey the law. We comply with national laws at all times. We do not engage in or support bribery, fraud, or corruption.

To honor the honor, integrity, and dignity of our professional disciplines, and encourage professional development at all career levels. We encourage mid- and late-career professionals to keep current in their fields of expertise and to provide mentoring support to the next generation. Young professionals are encouraged to engage in ongoing learning and development of expertise.

To support emergency and humanitarian assistance projects at reduced cost or on pro-bono basis. The nature and extent of such support will be at the discretion of the Managing Director and will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
